How to Use Our Service:
- Complete the Form: To streamline the process, kindly fill out the provided form accurately. This enables us to efficiently process your items.
Note: When returning multiple items, ensure you select the appropriate quantity. Each headset, helmet, and interface counts as a distinct item. For instance, if you're returning 2 headsets, you should purchase a service for 2 items. Minor components like power leads & PTTs need not be counted individually; we'll inspect and test these alongside your other items.
- Smooth Checkout Process: Proceed to the checkout in the usual manner. Please bear in mind that the shipping address you provide during checkout will be used for the return of your repaired items. Additionally, we'll use the email and telephone details you provide to keep you informed about your repair status.
- Return Your Items: Send the item(s) back to us using the provided address and form. If you're sending items internationally, include a customs declaration. For international clients label the item as "Faulty Intercom/ speeometer Equipment" with a value of £10 GBP to avoid customs fees. Do not use high customs fee as we will have to pass on a duties charged to yourself.
- Include a copy of your service invoice and form with your return. This will save our repair time and ensure you receive your goods in a timely manner.
We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked and insured shipping service. For UK returns, we suggest Parcel Force 48, which can be conveniently booked online or at your local post office. For international returns, an airmail tracked delivery service from your post office is advisable.
Conditions:
International shipping charges are minimum estimated charges; any additional charges for returning your goods will be communicated to you during the repair process.
Upon inspecting and testing your equipment, we'll reach out if the repair charge exceeds £75. In case you decide not to proceed with the repair, the £75 will compensate for the time invested. Should you opt for replacement goods, the £75 will be credited toward the purchase of the same or nearest equivalent product should the same product not be available.
Any duties will be paid by yourself. We do not expect any fees, but occasionally imports can have a charge made against them, but this is unlikely.
Include a copy of your invoice and return form with the items being returned.
